Day 2 'A magical place where dreams come true'

Day two of my trip to Grimsby.

'A magical place where dreams come true'

On day two, my mom and I woke up and went to Tims (tim hortons) and got some yumminess that woke us up a bit. Then we got a lift from Rhona the (the Director) to the gallery in Byron the Benz. Awesome name, right?
So after working hard in the morning we walked to the local Dutch store and took a look around (almost bought the card game named 'Dutch Bliss, a Voonderful Goot game!' teehees).
Got some yummy deli sandwiches and walked over to the thrift store some people swore by.
I was almost shaking with excitement (it was also freezing so that might have had something to do with it ;) and there it was...

GBF Grimsby Benevolent Fund.

I swear the clouds cleared and angels sang.

All done in perfect placement and categories, and all priced so cheep it almost made tears come to my eyes.

They had so many vintage chairs and couches I wish I could have gotten one for my room but there was no way the pretties would get there :(
But I enjoyed how pretty they were anyhow ^_^

They had two bins filled to the brim with old cameras! I knelt down and I swear people stopped walking and just looked at me and my cheesy grin ;)

I almost bought this lovely and its twin but they smelled like they had mold so they were a pass, but I could not help but take a photo of how creepy yet awesome they were.

I will post photos of what I got here when I get around to taking photos of them.
The Grimsby Benevolent Fund is a magical place where dreams come true.

xoxo

  2. Oh my gosh, I am so envious of that magical store! There's nothing like that around where I live.
