oh dear.

Do you ever feel boring? Or uninspired?
Thats how I have been feeling recently.
I feel like if I did write a post it would have no, humm... whats the word for it, 'spark'?.
And I always hate writing something that just doesn't feel right.
So this is just a little 'yes I'm still alive' post :)
What have you all been up to?
As a little update. I saw my dietitian today and she said for one month I have to cut out all Cheese, eggs, most fruit, and a ton of other things out of my diet. I pretty much had a moment in that little room, My heart broke in two. How the hell am I going to live an entire month without cheese?
Cheese is my go to food, you see.
I pretty much have it about 4-5 times a day.
one month.
none. zip. zilch. nadda.
*tear rolls down cheek*
Let me tell you one thing and that is..... I'm ranting.
haha sorry.

so to conclude this post, I'm still here and I will be back with some photos soon.

the art of dance

Dancers! You may have never thought but the person next to you may be one..
They are everywhere.
*gasp*
But they are not freaks nor aliens.
They are people. Who have talent just like you and me.
I love the fact that dance is like the art of your body. You learn to move in ways that are just gorgeous.
This site, and the photos taken of dancers are stunning.

hello Holga!

I have recently got into Holga's.
I love the neat double exposures you can get, and the lovely lomo look.
I think I shall buy a purple one.
Because currently having 29 cameras (Yes you all may call me insane if you would like) is such a strange number. A big fat '30' would be nice *wink*.
So I am now saving to get one of these pretty's.
Here is a nice chart of all the different Holga's there are!

(all images via google images. Sorry no links)

Do you have a Holga? What do you love about it?

a weekend of dance and joy

I previously have been to the pulse on tour and decided to go again this year for the pure joy and love of the event.
If you have never heard of The Pulse, its a dance convention with choreographer from shows like So You Think You Can Dance.
It travels  to quite a few places and Toronto is one of the lucky places!
Its a VERY intense weekend to say the least.  Class starts at 8:45 and goes till 3:30-ish.
We were lucky to get Brian Friedman, Cris Judd, Gil Duldulao, Tyce Diorio and we were supposed to get Mia Michaels but due to working on a TV show had to back out last minute.
It was a fantastic weekend altogether!
But my. god. did I feel it on Monday haha.

Have a fantastic day my lovely's!

valentines day is for love

Valentines day is for love.
For being with the man or woman in your life that you love. And if you are single? Celebrate it!
If you are single have fun eating chocolate, doing things you love, or just enjoy being yourself.
Thats what I am going to do today ^_^ Along with a LOT of rest...(I just came back yesterday for the pulse in Toronto and currently can't turn my head because of the pain *gasp* It was amazing though and I will post about it soon!).
So be happy and love yourself, who you are and the people around you!

Sending you all mounds of chocolate, love and not to forget happy huge sock monkeys!

oh you pretty dresses

I was thinking about it today in my happy state of mind, what I would do if I won the lottery.
I would go and buy a ton of pretty dresses from ModCloth and then buy a few more lovely cameras.
I would then proceed to buy a very old house in East City and renovate it.
But this is  about the dresses right now ;)
Oh my god.
Can I have one? Pretty please?
*wink*
I might try to find some vintage dresses and pretty them up a bit, you know, that vintage modern look?
Here are a few amazing ones I would love to own.

(see the fifth dress down on the right? That one I want for the pure joy of the awesomeness, I don't know how many times I'd wear it haha.)
